By accessing or using invitation.social ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
invitation.social is a platform for creating, designing, and managing digital event invitations. The Service includes:
To use the Service, you must create an account by signing in with Google or registering with an email address. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
The Service offers a free tier and paid Pro plans. Free accounts are limited to 2 events with up to 50 guests each. Pro plans offer additional capacity and features as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after the notice period.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including event text, images, and photos ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the right to upload and share any content you provide, including images and text. You must not upload content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.
When you use our AI design features, the generated images and text are created for your use within the Service. You may use AI-generated content for your events. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created for you.
When you add guests to your events, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share their contact information (name, email, phone) with our Service. You agree that:
When you send invitations through the Service, emails are sent on your behalf from our servers. You are responsible for the content of your invitations. We reserve the right to suspend email sending privileges if we detect abuse or if our email reputation is at risk.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Support is available via email at support@invitation.social. We aim to respond to inquiries within 2 business days.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Florida or, at your election, online. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
Small claims exception: Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@invitation.social within 30 days of creating your account.
Class action waiver: All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
